These Terms govern your use of the BeautyField Studios website. Studio occupancy and membership are governed by a separate written membership or license agreement.

Website information

Descriptions, prices, availability, dimensions and amenities are general information and may change. Studios are unique and amenities vary. Nothing on this website guarantees availability or constitutes a binding offer.

Studio requests

Submitting a form expresses interest only. A studio is not reserved until BeautyField Studios confirms availability and all required agreements, identification, payments and onboarding requirements are completed.

Payments

The My Account link connects members to a Stripe-hosted portal. Payment obligations, fees and termination rights are controlled by the member’s applicable written agreement.

Permitted use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or use automated systems to abuse forms.

Intellectual property

The BeautyField name, leaf mark, website design, copy and graphics are owned by or licensed to BeautyField Studios Inc. They may not be reproduced without permission except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

The website may link to Stripe, mapping services and other third-party services. BeautyField Studios is not responsible for their separate terms, availability or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updated date.
