When you submit a studio inquiry, contact message, repair request or subscribe for updates, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, professional specialty, studio preference, anticipated timing and any message you provide. Repair requests may include your studio number, issue details, priority and access notes. We also receive ordinary technical information necessary to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, discuss studio availability, schedule tours, provide requested updates, maintain business records, prevent abuse and improve our services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a studio reservation or membership.
Service providers
We may use service providers to host the website, process forms and deliver email notifications, including Static.app, Web3Forms and Resend. Member payment information is handled through Stripe.
Optional analytics and preferences
If enabled and you choose “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, contact-link clicks and successful form submissions. We do not include your form answers in these analytics events. You may change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We store your analytics preference and dismissed announcement locally in your browser.
Payments
BeautyField Studios does not store complete payment-card information through this website. Payment methods and account functions are provided through Stripe’s secure customer portal.
Communications
If you ask us to contact you, we may respond by phone, text or email regarding your inquiry. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers supporting our operations or when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary.
